Dear My Brother and Sisters, Last time someone ask me, what is Qasidah? and I answer that it is a form of art and love that is expressed in beautiful word and sounds, it is not a form of religious practice, rather its a form of love and admiration of religious and pious person toward God and His Signs. some of the the "takfiri and syiriki" hate this and say that it is bid'ah, and its a sin? what they said about this is outrageous and nonsense. many of shohabah compliment and make poet for Rosulallah Pbuh. and no one is preventing them from doing that. please see this Video to understand more about why the "takfiri and syiriki" is trying to destroy us and saperate us from our Beloved God and Prophet Muhammad pbuh

This Qasidah is from my uncle, Ammi Alwi. the content is about patient and leave everything to Allah. we sometimes try hard, but no matter what we still have to accept what Allah give and be grateful every time. Be strong Mukmin or Mukminat, there is nothing constant.. everything has up and down. don't be sad my brothers and sisters, our living is from Allah. no one will take our rizq, Allah Earth is vast and His sky is wasik(wide) but when the time (of death) come it will become small, only fit to your dead body.

thats why we must accept and do good. Dear brothers and sisters, aren't we born to do "ibadah"(praying to Allah). that is the intention from the beginning, isn't it Rosulallah sent to us so that we can do 5 times and hajj, shaum(fasting)? so what do you think we can go to heaven if it is not for Allah and Rosulallah? who will bail us out when we are in deep trouble at the barzah? at the after life? of course it is Rosulallah, Allah Azza wa Jalla directly order us to do shalawat for Rosulallah, every ulama, every muslim knew that Shalat will not be accepted by Allah Azza wa Jalla if we did not do shalawat to Rosulallah. by this qasidah, hopefully it will lift our spirit to do shalawat to Rosulallah more than we usually does, Insya Allah, amin.
